Day 1: Reporting at Dehradun at 09:00 AM, Drive from Dehradun to Sankari, Night stay in Sankari (Tent)

Day 2: Trek from Sankari to Jadu-ka-Talab (9100ft), Night stay in Tent

Day 3: Trek from Jadu-ka-Talab to Kedarkantha Base (11250 ft), a Night stay in Tent

Day 4: Trek from Kedarkantha base to Summit Kedarkantha peak, Trek to Hargaon, Night Stay in Tent

Day 5: Trek from Hargaon to Sankari & Same day drive towards Dehradun

Schedule (Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad)

Day 1:  Departure on 05:00 PM from Ahmedabad to Delhi, Overnight train journey. 

Day 2:  Arrival at Delhi, Free time in Delhi, Afternoon departure for Dehradun Via Train (Second sitting -2S class), Night in Dehradun

Day 3: Early Morning drive from Dehradun to Sankari, Night stay in Sankari (Guest House)

Day 4: Trek from Sankari to Jadu-ka-Talab (9100ft), Night stay in Tent

Day 5: Trek from Jadu-ka-Talab to Kedarkantha Base (11250 ft), Night stay in Tent

Day 6: Trek from Kedarkantha base to Summit Kedarkantha peak, Trek to Hargaon, Night Stay in Tent

Day 7: Trek from Hargaon to Sankari & Same day drive towards Dehradun, after reaching Dehradun departure for Delhi via Train (SL Class), Overnight Journey.

Day 8:  Arrival in Delhi & Free time in Delhi, Afternoon train for Ahmedabad, Overnight Train Journey

Day 9:  Arrival at Ahmedabad at 6:30 AM

All the facilities, Activities, Proposed Schedule/Itinerary and services mentioned above are clearly subject to weather conditions and all other unknown situations like Vehicle strike/Forest permit issues/Government restriction due to covid-19 situation or other. In case bed snow Condition or bed weather condition at Kedarkantha Trek then optional trek or another trek may be Choose.

Please Note: The Travelling & accommodation offered in the packages are as per normal situation. if the government orders to keep the social distance during camping months, per head cost might get a slight hike depending on Covid-19 Situation in Camping Months.

*Some of trekking gear available on rent at Sankari Base camp. like Trekking shoes, Poncho/Raincoat, Crampons, Rucksuck with rain cover.

Cancellation Policy, Term & Conditions

• Cancellation would be granted by the Chief Instructor or higher authorities on receiving a cancellation request on info@trekon.in through the participant's registered mail ID. The refund amount will be paid in 10-15 working days through an AC payee cheque/Account Transfer.
• The cancellation Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.
• No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
• Camp fees are not transferable to another person/ other camp.
• Payment gateway charges or convenience fees are not refundable when the camp is canceled by the Participant or the “TREK ON” Organization.
• If Camp is canceled By the “TREK ON” for any reason Full amount will be refundable.
• If Camp/Trip Cancelled by the participant below cancellation charges are applicable

The Refund Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.

-> Before more than 40 days of expedition, 90% refund.

-> Before 25 to 40 days of expedition, 75% refund.

-> Before 11 to 25 days of expedition, 50% refund.

-> Before 1 to 10 days of expedition, 25% refund.

-> In the last 24 hours of Departure, 10% refund.

1. This is an Adventure & Trekking Camp, not a leisure tour.
2. All the facilities, Activities, Proposed Schedule/Itinerary, and services mentioned above are subject to weather conditions and all other unforeseen situations like Vehicle strikes/Forest permit issues/Government restrictions/Local Situations & Safety reasons or others.
3. In some critical conditions and circumstances due to various reasons like Weather and unavailability of Transportation, fewer/Less participants, government restrictions/Local restrictions schedule/trek/itinerary/camp can be changed or canceled by the organization without any prior notice.
4. No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
5. Discipline during the camp duration is a must and all are expected to follow instructions given by the Volunteer/Instructor/Guide. Misbehaving/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues & Speaking abusive language will be reacted strictly and may lead to cancellation of Participation.
6. Smoking, Tobacco, Alcohol & Drugs are strictly prohibited and if any suspect in such case, immediate cancellation of member Participation and no further service/return ticket/refund will be paid.
7. Only Pure Veg Food is allowed/Served inside the campsite area.
8. During Camp stays and others, Girls' and Boys' Accommodations are Separate.
9. Shorts are not allowed during the activity hours and Trekking with a view to Safety from weather & camp discipline.
10. Not any participant is allowed to leave the Camp/hotel/guest house for any reason without permission of the camp manager.
11. No Person/TREK ON will be responsible for any loss of the luggage or valuables carried by the participants.
12. "TREK ON" reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized by “TREK ON Administration.
13. Any cost arising for Stay, Food, or Transport from any unknowing circumstances like bad weather, roadblocks due to landslides/snowfall, any government restrictions /Local authorities restrictions, Vehicle Strike, or Transportation disability is not included in camp fees.
14. Any damage to properties like a tent, equipment, or any other thing by the participant is payable at a time during camp.
15. Participants have to accept that they are attending the camp/activity at their own risk& responsibility. TREK ON or any person is not responsible for any such case/injury/accident (even death), etc.

• Registration is considered as confirmed only on full fee submission. The registration will be done on a first come first serve basis.

How to organize a special camp?

• Using Face Mask/Face Cover is compulsory.
• Aarogya Setu App is mandatory in mobile phone for all the participant & instructor/volunteers before starting the Bus journey & during the camping.
• Screening for high body temperature will be done on a daily basis of every participants and team member.
• We will make sure that thorough cleaning of all the equipment and gear at camp takes place more frequently.         
• Maintain Social Distancing and Wash Hands Frequently, Avoid handshakes with other participants, Volunteers/Instructors & staff members.
• Carry personal hand sanitizers to use during activities & camping.
• The Participants are advised to Carry personal items for safe camping like Plate/lunch box for meals, mug, spoons, water bottle.
• Try to avoid touching at any place like handlebars, supporting bars in a bus, sanitizer machines, other participant tent or personal things etc.
• Use dustbins for garbage and mask disposal.
• We will follow proper norms for transfers which will include proper sanitizing of the interior and exterior regions of the vehicles.
• For the solo participants will be allocated a seperate tent. 
• Participants are encouraged to keep a minimum of 6 feet distance between 2 people.
• All the tents would be sanitised properly before the allocated after every camp
• Masks and Hand gloves are compulsory for the cooking staff
• Kitchen and Dining area to be cleaned and sanitised daily.
