Manali, one of the most famous hill stations of India is nested in the northern end of Kullu Valley (Himachal Pradesh). The word Manali is regarded as the changed name of “Manu-Alaya” which literally means “the abode of Manu”. The small town of Manali is situated at an altitude of 6750 feet on the bank of the holy Beas river. It is one of the most popular hill stations of the Himalayan range in Himachal Pradesh.
Experiencing the view of hill stations surrounding Manali is a marvelous experience. Some of the Himalayan peaks which can be seen surrounding Manali are, Hanuman Tibba, 7 sister peak, Friendship peak, Patalsu peak, and Ladakhi peak, Manali opens up many opportunities for not only nature lovers, but also for people who are fond of adventure sports. There are many adventurous sports possible in and around Manali. Manali is a popular destination for many trekkers. Bhrigu lake is one of the famous trekking destinations. Cancellation Policy, Term & Conditions
- Cancellation would be granted by the Chief Instructor or higher authorities on receiving a cancellation request on info@trekon.in through the participant's registered mail ID. The refund amount will be paid in 10-15 working days through an AC payee cheque/Account Transfer.
- The cancellation Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.
- No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
- Camp fees are not transferable to another person/ other camp.
- Payment gateway charges or convenience fees are not refundable when the camp is canceled by the Participant or the “TREK ON” Organization.
- If Camp/Trip Cancelled by the participant below cancellation charges are applicable
The Refund Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.
-> Before more than 40 days of expedition, 90% refund.
-> Before 25 to 40 days of expedition, 75% refund.
-> Before 11 to 25 days of expedition, 50% refund.
-> Before 1 to 10 days of expedition, 25% refund.
-> In the last 24 hours of Departure, 10% refund.
- This is an Adventure & Trekking Camp, not a leisure tour.
- All the facilities, Activities, Proposed Schedule/Itinerary, and services mentioned above are subject to weather conditions and all other unforeseen situations like Vehicle strikes/Forest permit issues/Government restrictions/Local Situations & Safety reasons or others.
- In some critical conditions and circumstances due to various reasons like Weather and unavailability of Transportation, fewer/Less participants, government restrictions/Local restrictions schedule/trek/itinerary/camp can be changed or canceled by the organization without any prior notice.
- No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
- Discipline during the camp duration is a must and all are expected to follow instructions given by the Volunteer/Instructor/Guide. Misbehaving/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues & Speaking abusive language will be reacted strictly and may lead to cancellation of Participation.
- Smoking, Tobacco, Alcohol & Drugs are strictly prohibited and if any suspect in such case, immediate cancellation of member Participation and no further service/return ticket/refund will be paid.
- Only Pure Veg Food is allowed/Served inside the campsite area.
- During Camp stays and others, Girls' and Boys' Accommodations are Separate.
- Shorts are not allowed during the activity hours and Trekking with a view to Safety from weather & camp discipline.
- Not any participant is allowed to leave the Camp/hotel/guest house for any reason without permission of the camp manager.
- No Person/TREK ON will be responsible for any loss of the luggage or valuables carried by the participants.
- "TREK ON" reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized by “TREK ON Administration.
- Any cost arising for Stay, Food, or Transport from any unknowing circumstances like bad weather, roadblocks due to landslides/snowfall, any government restrictions /Local authorities restrictions, Vehicle Strike, or Transportation disability is not included in camp fees.
- Any damage to properties like a tent, equipment, or any other thing by the participant is payable at a time during camp.
- Participants have to accept that they are attending the camp/activity at their own risk& responsibility. TREK ON or any person is not responsible for any such case/injury/accident (even death), etc.
