Schedule (Ahmedabad/Vadodara/Surat/Mumbai)

Day 1:  

• Train From Ahmedabad/Vadodara/Surat/Mumbai to Delhi, Overnight Journey 

Day 2:  

• Arrival at Delhi & Afternoon Departure for Haridwar, 
• Check-in at Hotel & Refreshmnet, Visit Har ki Pauri, Ganga Aarti
• Night in Haridwar ((Meal _Dinner)

Day 3: 

• Early Morning Drive From Haridwar to Sonprayag/Guptkashi, 
• during journey, we will visit Devprayag (Devprayg is [the place where the holy rivers Bhagirathi & Alakhnanda meet, Merge into one and take the name Ganga)
• Night in Sonprayag /Guptkashi ((Meal _ Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 4: 

• Early Morning departure towards Gaurikund
• Start Trek towards Kedarnath Temple (22 Km)
• we will reach Kedarnath Top, take some rest & we can attend the evening Aarti at the temple
• Night Stay at Kedarnath (Meal _ Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 5: 

• Early Morning We will attend morning prayer & Spend time in Parisar of Kedarnath Temple, 
• That after we will start trekking down to Gaurikund, & Drive Towards Chopta
• Night Stay in Chopta Campsite ((Meal _ Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 6: 

• After Breakfast Start trekking to Tungnath Temple (the Height Shiva Temple in the World_ 12073ft) & then Trek towards Chandrashila Peak
• After the summit trek back to Chopta
• NIght in Chopta Campsite (Meal _ Breakfast & Dinner)

Day 7: 

• Early morning after Breakfast departure Towards Rishikesh
• Night stay in Rishikesh

Day 8:  

• Free Day for Adventure Activities & Rishikesh Sightseeing
• Evening Departure for Delhi, Overnight Journey

Day 9:  

• Arrival at Delhi Early Morning
• Take the train Towards your Hometown (Overnight Journey) 

Day 10:  Arrival at your Home with Thrilling Adventurous Memories

Term & Conditions

• Cancellation would be granted by the Chief Instructor or higher authorities on receiving cancellation requests only on info@trekon.in through participant registered mail ID. (please note: cancellation not accepting via call/Whatsapp message)
• The refund amount will be paid in 10-15 working days through an online mode of payment/ AC Payee Cheque.
• No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
• Camp fees is not transferable to another person/other camp or camp date.

The Refund Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.

-> Before more than 40 days of expedition, 90% refund.

-> Before 25 to 40 days of expedition, 75% refund.

-> Before 15 to 25 days of expedition, 50% refund.

-> Before 1 to 15 days of expedition, 25% refund.

-> In the last 24 hours of Departure, 10%

1. This is an Adventure & Trekking Camp not a leisure tour.
2. All the facilities, activities, Schedule/Itinerary & Services Mentioned above are clearly subject to weather conditions and all other unknowing situations like vehicle strikes/Forest permit issues/Government restrictions, etc.
3. In some critical conditions & circumstances, due to various reasons like weather, unavailability of transportation, Fewer Participants in batch, Government Restrictions according to COVID-19 Situation schedule/Trek/itinerary/camp can be changed or canceled by the organization without any prior notice.
4. "TREK ON" reserves all rights to cancel/shorten/modify the itinerary, and the final decision is authorized by "TREK ON Administration".  
5. Discipline during the camp duration is a must and all are expected to follow instructions given by the Volunteer/Instructor/Guide. 
6. Misbehaving/Arguing with the Volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues & Speaking the abusive language will be reacted strictly and may lead to cancellation of Participation. In such case cancellation, all service cut at that place & not given to participant, not other service 
7. Smoking, Tobacco, Pan Masala, Alcohol & Drugs are strictly prohibited, and if any found suspect in such case, immediate cancellation of member Participation and no further service/return ticket/refund will be paid.
8.  Only Pure Veg Food is allowed inside the campsite area.
9. During Camp stay and others Girls and Boys Accommodation are Separate.
10. Shorts are not allowed during the activity hours and Trekking with a view to Safety from weather & camp discipline.
11. No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
12. No participant will be allowed to leave the Camp/hotel/guest house for any reason without the permission of the camp manager/Instructor.
13. No Person / "TREKON"  will be not responsible for any loss of luggage or valuables things carried by the participants. 
14. Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as roadblocks, accidents & medical evacuations, weather conditions, any train/ bus delay or rescheduling, etc.. are not Included in Camp Fees.
